Taste Coffee

An exclusive proposal dedicated only to the world of espresso coffee, made special by a slightly prolonged roasting. From the very beginning, it gives the palate a note of honey. At the same time, it offers an alternation of light peaks of fruity notes and vigorous leaps of dried fruit and chocolate. The cup is traditional and round, and is enriched by a hint of bitterness, slightly more courageous than that which distinguishes, instead, the Indian Arabica. Village: Brazil

Together with Brazil, India represents our coffee variety that is roasted exclusively for espresso. Characterized by a slightly prolonged roasting, and therefore closer to the traditional world, this product gives the palate a rather rounded cup. When tasting, you immediately notice a light fruity note that vaguely recalls apricot, followed by the prevailing hints of toasted dried fruit, toasted bread and cocoa. We therefore find a bit of all those notes present in a more traditional espresso, here enhanced by a truly pleasant hint of bitterness. At the moment, as anticipated, this variety is roasted exclusively for espresso. However, it should not be ruled out that in the future it may also be offered in the version dedicated to filter roasting. Village: India
