Hi, I'm Sebastiano Poggi, and I'm obsessed with specialty coffee. What started as a morning ritual evolved into a deep appreciation for the craft, science, and artistry behind exceptional coffee.
Living in Europe, I've been fortunate to discover incredible roasteries across the continent — from the Nordic light roast pioneers to Italian masters pushing boundaries. But I noticed something: finding these gems wasn't always easy, especially when looking for roasters that ship internationally.
