Blue Lagoon is another lot from one of our favourite washing station this year! Buku Abel is a washing station located in the Hambela district of Guji Zone, sitting at 1900–2100 masl on a small hill with optimal sunlight, cool winds, and rich red soil. This Ethiopian natural has a fruity intensity with tasting notes of blueberries, strawberries and orange cake.

Another release from Kenya, and one of our favourites this year. This AA lot from Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society is pulped and washed at Githembe, then dried at Kiganjo factory. It’s dense and juicy, with tasting notes of black currants, crème de cassis, and rhubarb.

Cranberry Lane is a natural Kenyan lot produced at Endebess Estate in Trans-Nzoia County, on the western slopes of Mount Elgon. This is a rare Kenyan natural, offering a vibrant and layered cup with tasting notes of cranberries, blood orange, oolong, and cacao nibs. Bright, structured, and gently complex.

We are beyond excited to release this yeast inoculated natural caturra / chiroso from El Encanto, Colombia developed in collaboration with Cata Export. This is advanced fermentation and it hits different! Tasting notes of chocolate milk (nesquik), cherry filled doughnut and vanilla.

This one is for the delicate Geisha lovers, those who appreciate a refined and elegant Colombian Geisha. From Henry Bonilla of Finca El Arrayán, this washed Geisha reveals red tea characteristics reminiscent of rooibos, with florals of hibiscus and orange blossom, and a gentle jasmine sweetness throughout. A coffee that’s graceful, aromatic, and beautifully composed.

This natural-processed community lot comes from the Aponte subregion in Colombia, where local producers are actively experimenting with fermentation techniques and different cultivars, with a strong focus on honey and natural processes. Absolutely delicious and one of our favourite Colombian naturals, this coffee really shines in its fruitiness, silkiness and balance. Expect vibrant notes of guava and purple fruits, rounded out by a smooth cacao finish.

A juicy and fruity coffee from community lot in collaboration with Daye Bensa. One of the best pick we've made in terms of price / quality in the cup. Expect a creamy and fruity espresso.

Jiggly Berry is here. This F1 Millenio is perfect for those who enjoy boozier coffees with a syrupy body and sparkling acidity. An anaerobic natural from Finca El Salitre in Costa Rica, it delivers tasting notes of sweet cherries, purple grapes, and liquorice. Juicy, bold, and full of character.

A washed Ethiopian from the Rumu Damo Washing Station. This coffee showcases everything we love about washed Ethiopians from this region: a classic citrus-driven profile, juicy and expressive, with tasting notes of lemon, nectarine, and wild flowers.

Lush Buds comes from a washing station in the Siko village of Uraga, Guji. This Ethiopian natural is creamy and floral, with tasting notes of raspberry cream and red plum. It’s lighter and less dense than many naturals from the region, offering a refined and clean cup for this processing style.

A washed lot harvested in the Shantawene village of Bensa. This coffee is structured, with complex acidity and a very elegant, silky profile. Expect tasting notes of yellow raisin, mirabelle plum, raspberry, and jasmine. It’s a refined and delicate cup, not overly expressive, but beautifully balanced and smooth.

A vibrant and sweet natural Ethiopian from Esayas Beriso in Guji. With flavors of dried apricot, kumquat jam, milky oolong, and nougat, it’s one of our seasonal staples, perfect for both filter and espresso, and simply delicious.

We don’t source decaf often, but once in a while one truly stands out. This Colombian Ombligon decaf anaerobic natural from Nestor Lasso is funky, fruity, and full of flavour, with notes of raspberry coulis, strawberry, and sugar.

A very small quantity of an absolutely delicious coffee from Faver Ninco, based in San Joaquín, Huila. This washed Pink Bourbon micro-lot showcases a classic, terroir-driven profile, highlighting meticulous harvesting and careful processing. Expect delicate floral notes of jasmine and hibiscus, with a soft sweetness and a fig-like finish.

From Honduras, the Caballeros have been our trusted partners for a long time. They produce some of the sweetest coffees we source. This natural Catuaí brims with flavors of ripe plum, dark berry jam,

This special lot was produced by our partner and colleague who returned to Ethiopia for the third year to continue experimenting with yeast and fermentation. The result is a super fruity coffee with a silky body and a very subtle boozy nuance. This yeast-assisted semi-anaerobic natural brings forward tasting notes of stewed strawberries, apricot, and brown sugar, delivering a cup that’s expressive yet beautifully balanced.

This is Strawberry Kiss little sister! From the same Rumu Damo washing station, this process is slightly different than a simple natural Ethiopian. It has gone under extended anaerobic fermentation giving this profile more intensity. It is however not too boozy, just very jammy and delicious. Tasting notes of strawberry jam, mandarine & sweet cherries.

A beloved staple in our lineup year after year, Strawberry Kiss returns, a natural Ethiopian lot from the Rumu Damo washing station. This year’s harvest has delicate sweetness and layered fruit character. Expect notes of strawberry, star fruit, and apricot, making every sip bright, juicy, and refreshingly playful.

The first fresh harvest from Rwanda this season has arrived. This coffee was processed at Kirambo Washing Station in the Nyamasheke District, West Province, near the shores of Lake Kivu. Produced from Red Bourbon, this lot is process-driven and clean, with a winey brightness and rhubarb-like acidity. The cup is dense and structured with tasting notes of tropical fruits, rhubarb and milk chocolate.

We are very excited to bring another unique coffee from Joan Vergara - this time it is a washed Java, a completely different profile than what we are used from these producers. A very bright coffee with tasting notes of florals, lime keffir and white chocolate. For this particular coffee, our filter & espresso roast is exactly the same as it performs fantastic for both.
